Please read the terms and conditions and enrol with your program below.

  • Enrolments

    • All new customers are required to complete an enrolment form including a signature to accept Swimming with Excellence Terms and Conditions.
    • Places in our programs are only secured once full payment has been received.  No places within the program are reserved without full payment.
    • Enrolments can be made on this site or in person during our operating hours.
    • All students enrolling into our program will be assessed by Management team.
  • Re-enrolment

    • Three weeks prior to the end of the current term, all current students/families will have priority to enrol into the next term.
    • Full payment must be received at the time of re-enrolment to secure your spot.
    • If payment has not been received by the commencement of the final week of term, your position may be forfeited and offered to other students wanting to change day or time and new customers.
    • If you do not wish to re-enrol, we kindly ask that you notify the office as soon as possible.
  • Fees and Payments

    • Credit Card payment can be taken over the phone once enrolment form has been received.
    • Cheques (payable to Swimming with Excellence).
    • Phone payments can be made via credit card by calling the office on 0419 005 183.
    • Direct into our Bank Account.  National Australia Bank,  BSB:  083 231 ACCOUNT: 94 145 1698  (name of participant to be included in Description/Remitter information.
  • Failed Payments

    • If the bank rejects a transaction an alternative payment must be made within 24 hours.
    • Failed payments remain due and payable.
    • Any costs incurred by Swimming with Excellence from the bank will be passed on to you.
    • An administration fee of $25.00 + GST will apply in addition to bank costs
  • Cancellations and Refunds

    • Refunds are issued in the case of genuine illness where students are unable to complete the term. The following conditions apply:
    • Written notification with an accompanying medical certificate must be sent to the office
    • Refunds are issued from the date of the office receiving the medical certificate
    • Remaining lessons cannot be transferred to the next term or other family members
    • An administration fee of $50 + GST will be deducted from all refunds
    • Program fees/classes are non-transferable to other people/family members and cannot be converted to other products or services.
  • Missed Lessons / Make up Lessons

    • Make up lessons are offered to students who are unable to attend lessons due to illness.
    • Whilst we will do our best to accommodate make up lessons, they can not be guaranteed.
    • There is a maximum of 2 make up lessons per child, per term, subject to availability.
    • Please advise Swimming with Excellence admin@swimmingwithexcellence.com  if you are unable to attend a lesson.
    • Make up lessons can not be transferred to the next term or Holiday program.
    • Make up lessons are not offered for missed Holiday program lessons.
    • Make up lessons are not transferrable to other family members or other families.
    • If you book a make up lesson and are unable to attend, another make up will not be offered.
  • Conduct/Respect/Pool Rules

    Swimming with Excellence reserves the right to terminate swimming lessons/squads for any child/parent who:

    • Repeatedly displays inappropriate pool behaviour which causes harm and / or discomforts other customers.
    • Any action or behaviour that could impact on safety or the welfare of others.
    • Commits an act of vandalism that causes significant damage to property.
    • Uses offensive or abusive language and / or attitude to swim school staff or other customers.
    • No food to be consumed inside the pool area.
    • No hot drinks to be consumed inside the pool area.  Water bottles are encouraged.
    • No running in the pool area.
    • Parents, guardians and siblings are to observe lessons from the stands.  We request this to ensure all children in classes are concentrating on their instructor/coach and distractions are limited.
  • School Holidays / Public Holidays

    • Classes do not run on public holidays or term school holidays and do not form part of your term fees.

  • Attire

    • All swimmers must wear a swim cap.
    • It is recommended that all swimmers wear goggles.  (We do at various times ask swimmers to not wear goggles as part of water safety/race training practice).
    • Rash Vests and board shorts are not recommended for lessons.
    • All students who are not fully toilet trained must wear aqua nappies whilst in the pool.
  • Photographic & Video

    • Photographs or video footage can not be taken of a child or children whilst they are in the centre.
    • Parents wishing to take image of their children during class time must get consent of all other parents or guardians whose children are in the class.
    • Swimming with Excellence Pool Deck staff may take video or still images of students as part of its swimming programs unless specifically requested not to by the student, parent or guardian?
    • Images remain the property of Swimming with Excellence and may be used for instruction, coaching, training and promotional material.
  • Parental Supervision

    • It is the condition of entry that all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian whilst at the centre.
    • Children will not be accepted into lessons if a parent or guardian is absent.
    • Children must be collected by the parent or guardian over the age of sixteen at the conclusion of every lesson.
    • Any squad swimmers, who have not been collected within 15 minutes of the session ending, will be invoiced at a rate of $25 + GST for every 15 minutes from the conclusion of the squad finishing
  • Teacher and Time Changes

    • Swimming with excellence reserves the right to cancel or change classes and instructors or move students if the need arises.
    • We endeavour to maintain consistency with instructors however this is not always possible.
  • Privacy

    • Information collected by Swimming with Excellence is personal information as defined by the Privacy Act 1998. This data includes your first name, last name, email address, telephone number etc.
    • Swimming with Excellence uses your personal information to contact you about a booking, keep you informed of matters that may be of interest to you.
    • Your personal information is not used for commercial purposes and is not distributed to any other organisation for any purpose.
    • Information such as medical details is required to assist in accommodating the individual’s needs and abilities.
